The CPG Camp Brand Management training curriculum was designed with input from Advisors with leadership experience across a variety of top companies and start-ups. Students receive real-world Brand Management training, insights & assignments through our signature Boot Camp.

  • Our curriculum goes beyond Marketing theory to prepare students to ‘talk the talk’ (daily life of a Brand Manager) & ‘walk the walk’ (succeed from Day 1).

  • The Online Boot Camp with 16 modules is self-paced & takes about 10 hours, so you can complete it in a weekend or over a few weeks.

MEANINGFUL CREDENTIALS

Upon completion of the training, students take the Marketing Aptitude Test (MAT), which tests knowledge and application of the CPG Camp curriculum.

  • The MAT is a test that includes 50 multiple-choice questions plus a written case question.

  • After passing the MAT, grads receive Certified Brand Manager® accreditation and a LinkedIn Certificate.

  • Program credentials can go a long way in differentiating the resumes of students without past Marketing roles.

BRIAN: CPG Camp Co-Founder & Managing Director; Brian is an award-winning Brand Marketing vet with 20+ years of experience in 20+ categories, managing iconic brands like Dove, Axe, Suave, Vaseline, Listerine, Mucinex, Airborne & Cheerios as well as many smaller brands and innovations. Brian spends much of his time today helping teams around the world build strong brand development & marketing strategy plans. He is a former CPG Senior Marketing Director with experience at Walgreens-Boots Alliance, Reckitt, Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, General Mills, Microsoft & Capital One. His career accomplishments include multiple Cannes Lion, Effie and Clio awards, as well as work on 8 Super Bowl campaigns. KIRK: CPG Camp Co-Founder; Kirk conceived the idea for CPG Camp and developed the relationships and tools that brought it to life a decade ago. Today, he serves as Co-Founder & Co-CEO of the industry-changing menswear brand, STANTT, now available in over 350 retail locations (including Nordstrom) and featured in the New York Times, WSJ, Forbes, Inc and Fast Company. Kirk was previously a Senior Brand Manager at Johnson & Johnson with experience on Neosporin, Ben-Gay & K-Y brands. GRACE: Grace achieved senior leadership experience in Tech as the SVP of Marketing at Frontier Communications, one of the leading providers of high-speed, fiber-optic internet in the US. She previously served as the CMO of Samsung’s US Home Entertainment division, bringing numerous innovative products and campaigns to market. During Grace’s time in the CPG industry, she spent 8 years in Brand Management at Johnson & Johnson, where she drove the growth of iconic brands like Aveeno, Listerine & Johnson’s Baby.
