Research from @mycom_official found that 45% of smart device (phone/tablet) users ages 13- to 18-year-olds in the US spend an average of 4+ hours a weekday using the mobile internet (28% avg. 5+ hours). ~50% of users ages 19- to 22-year-olds spent 4+ hours on the mobile internet each weekday. Furthermore, millennials spend an average of 114 minutes during the weekdays and 115 minutes on the weekends texting. The second most time consuming smart device activity for millennials was social media. @Annalect found that the leading ways in which brands should use digital media according to millennial smartphone users is to have mobile-friendly website, maintain some form of human interaction, and offer loyalty programs via mobile apps/ allow for mobile payments.  - Link
