Despite its asking price of $750,000/day for ads and relatively small audience, @Snapchat has undeniable potential to reach millennials. In November 2014, @CowenandCompany found that 18-to 29-year-olds accounted for 71% of US Snapchat users in the past 30 days, 30 to 44-year-olds 19%, 45 to 60-year-olds 9%, and over 60-year-olds 1%. The portion of millennial users on Snapchat is greater than their portion on any other social network studied. However, penetration thus far has been relatively low. @Harvard found that penetration for US millennial internet users (ages 18-29) on Snapchat was 28%. - Link
