Breakfast in America is shifting away from cereal (cereal sales steadily declining for more than a year) and towards Greek yogurt and eating out. As a result, brands are trying to introduce new products as well as spending more money on advertisement to get the message out that cereal is healthy and also a good source of protein. For example, @KelloggsUS is coming out with non-GMO verified @KashiFoods and new cereal snacks; and, @Starbucks, @TacoBell, @DunkinDonuts, and @BurgerKing are launching new breakfast items. - Link
